Where can I buy your seeds?

Why do I not see all of the seeds listed on your website in the stores?
The seeds available in stores will vary from time-to-time. While we will be initially releasing our Nuera Line we will continue to keep our dedicated supporters/customers up-to-date on when we plan to release the first strains from our Legacy Collection.

How can I request a specific strain or combination of strains?
If your province does not carry the strain that you wish to purchase please reach out to your cannabis store of choice and have them request the strain from the provincial/territorial cannabis wholesaler.
We at Jax Genetics are always open to hearing from our supporters/customers and welcome any specific strain combination requests.

Why didn't all my seeds germinate?
There could be a number of reasons why your cannabis seeds don’t germinate: temperature, moisture, darkness… just to name a few.
Although we at Jax Genetics strive to provide the best quality cannabis seeds, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will be successful in germinating every seed.
To give your cannabis seeds and plants the best chance of success, refer to the Tips & Tricks section of our website, speak with others who have their own techniques, or search online to find what works best for you.
